How can i track my order?

You can find tracking information in the order details. If an order contains multiple items, each item may have a separate delivery date and tracking information.
To check the status of your order:

You will see order history and tracking notifications for all orders in progress.
If you can't find the tracking information 2 days after you paid for your order, please feel free to contact us.

When will my order be shipped?

Our products will be shipped out within 24-48 hs after the order is confirmed. The delivery time is about 3-10 workdays. More details, please check the shipping policy here: https://www.ocoopa.com/pages/shipping-policy

Tracking says "delivered" but I can't find my package

If the shipment tracking says your package was delivered, but you can't find it at your address, don't worry. 99% of the time this is resolved easily by following the below steps:

  • Search all around your mailbox, porch, and door area. Also check around the side and back of the building (sometimes mail carriers place packages out of sight on a side or back porch area)
  • If you are in an apartment or condo area with an office, check with the office to see if your package was left there for you to pick-up.
  • Contact your local post office about the package. They can check with your mail carrier and find out exactly where he/she left it. (They also have GPS on their scanner and can sometimes access that info to see exactly where it was when it was scanned as delivered)

If you still can't locate the package after following the above steps, please contact us and let us know what you were told by your local post office. We'll help determine the best next step from there.

Why it only show that the shipping label was created, but can't see the shipping status update? Have you shipped it out?

Yes, the package was shipped when you received the tracking number. Tracking details may be delayed and will generally be updated within 24 hours.

How many days are expected for my order track to get here?

All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouses within 48 hours upon confirmation. Delivery takes 3 to 10 working days normally via Express shipping.

I received a package, but the package was not the one that I ordered.

Thanks for your feedback and apologize for the inconvenience that caused. Please send us the picture to confirm it. Our customer service will immediately resend to you the correct item from our warehouse for free after all is confirmed.

My order is missing an item, what should I do?

Thanks for your feedback and apologize for the inconvenience that caused. Please send us the picture to confirm it. The missed products will be sent immediately within 24 hours for free via the fast Express after all is confirmed. And sometimes the order might be shipped out separately because of the package size limited, please contact our customer service to confirm the details.
