Ordering

How long will it take to get my order?

It depends on where you are. All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouses within 48 hours upon confirmation. Delivery takes 2 to 4 working days normally via Express shipping.

Order Processing Time

We process orders Monday to Saturday. Please allow 1 business days to process your order. If you do place an order on the weekend, we will begin fulfilling orders on the next business day. After an order is shipped, an automated shipping confirmation e-mail is sent out to you with the tracking information.

Shipping

Do you ship overseas?

We currently have warehouses in the USA, the UK and the EU. All orders from the USA, UK, EU and Canada will be shipped from the warehouse closest to your order address.However, we currently do not support shipments to countries outside of those we have listed.

How can I track my order?

If you has successfully ordered Ocoopa goods, you can visit: My Account > Orders, find the corresponding order number, check order status, check the delivery status of orders in the order state. You can click the tracking information of your order here: https://www.ocoopa.com/apps/17TRACK

Order cancellation

If your order hasn't been shipped out yet, you can cancel it at any moment.

If the order has already been dispatched, Order cancellation is no longer covered under the shipping policy, and will instead be governed by the Returns and Exchanges Policy.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return an item?

1. Please reach out to Ocoopa customer support to initiate a return. (At the bottom of the current page)
2. Ocoopa support will open the return process for you within 48 working hours.

Defective products

We are terribly sorry if your order arrived Damaged or Defective. We would like to sort out any faults immediately. As soon as you discover a fault (within 3 days of receiving your parcel) please contact us immediately with photos or a short video.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).
