I have not placed an order online before; how do I place an order?

While we are exploring payment options that can suit the needs of as many customers as possible, you can shop on OCOOPA using PayPal or credit cards. If you have neither of these options, we suggest that you head over to PayPal and register a buyer account, you can then add your credit cards or bank accounts and start shopping.

You can click the "Quick View" button on the top bar or below the grid image to view product details, place an order, select a style (if available), press the "Add to Cart" or "Buy Now" button,

  • The 'Add to Cart' option adds items to a virtual shopping cart that holds all the items you can buy now or later. To see all the items in your cart, press the 🛒 symbol in the upper right corner of anypage, and, then You can configure items before checkou.;
  • The "Buy Now" option goes directly to the checkout page.
    Once you're in the checkout process, you can follow the steps on the page to complete:
  • Information: Provide your email address and shipping address in detail (note that you cannot check with your phone number, and the shipping address should be exact to ensure safe delivery).
  • Shipping: Choose your preferred shipping method; we provide free worldwide express shipping to most areas, such as the United States, Canada, Australia, etc.
  • Payment: You can make purchases with PayPal or a credit card.
    After successfully placing an order, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided before.

I can't find where i can put the discount code when placing an order,What can I do?

Discount codes can be redeemed on the checkout page; look for the discount code field, enter one of your choices, and hit the "Apply" button, and you'll see the cart value update accordingly.

Discounts can be direct (where prices are slashed) or coupon-based (where you get a discount code). If it's a coupon-based discount, you can use the code at checkout to get the discount.

Some discounts are limited to one-time use per customer, so if you've used a code in the past, it may not work again. If you have questions about discounts, please drop us a line, and we'll make it right for you.

I placed an order on your website, but the credit card payment always fails,Do you have other payment methods?

If you encounter payment failures with your credit card repeatedly, we suggest that you either switch to another card or use PayPal to process the order, both of which are accepted by our website.

How many estimated days will my order track to get here?

All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouses within 48 hours upon confirmation. Delivery takes 3 to 10 working days normally via Express shipping.

Where are the items shipped from?

We have multiple warehouses all over the world, including USA, UK, Europe and Australia etc.
International orders are shipped from any of our warehouses, whichever has the fastest delivery time.
